1. Shipping Locations
We deliver our products across India. If your address is not serviceable, you will be notified
during the checkout process.
2. Shipping Charges
● Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are applicable to all orders and are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
● No Free Delivery: Currently, we do not offer free delivery services, regardless of the order value.
3. Delivery Time
We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Below are our estimated delivery timelines:
● Local Deliveries (within 50 km of Sutagatti): 3 to 5 business days.
● National Deliveries: 8 to 14 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or holidays. If there is a delay, you will be informed promptly.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time of placement. If any product is unavailable or if there are delays in processing, we will notify you via email or phone.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon shipment, we will send a tracking number to help you monitor your order's status.
5. Packaging
We ensure that all products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging is designed to maintain product quality and integrity.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details, including the courier partner and a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided information. If you face issues with tracking, feel free to contact us for assistance.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order is delivered in a damaged condition or items are missing, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will assess the situation and take necessary steps to resolve the matter. Please note that replacement or resolution for damaged or missing items is subject to our discretion.
8. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any orders, including damaged or missing items. All sales are final. However, in exceptional cases, we may offer a replacement for damaged products, subject to verification.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot deliver to:
● P .O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)
● Remote locations not serviced by our courier partners
If there are any specific restrictions on certain products, we will inform you before processing the order.
