At Shree Basaveshwar Farmers Producers Organization (SBFPO), we strive to offer high-quality products and exceptional service to all our customers. Please review the detailed cancellation and refund policy below to understand how we handle such requests.

1. Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. Below are the guidelines for cancellations:

​● Before Shipment: You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched from our facility.

​○ To cancel your order, please email us at sbfpoo@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

​​○ We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure prompt action.

After Shipment:

Once your order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. Please note that our shipping partners immediately begin the delivery process once an order is shipped.

2. Refund Policy

At SBFPO, all sales are considered final.

​● No Refunds:

We do not provide refunds for any orders, including cases of dissatisfaction, order cancellations, or delivery delays.

Alternative Resolution:

​In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement based on the issue's nature and verification (see Section 3 below). However, refunds are strictly not entertained.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we request you to:

● Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

● Email us at sbfpoo@gmail.com with the following details:

​○ Your order number.

​○ Photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.

​○ A brief description of the issue.

Resolution: After reviewing the details, we may consider offering a replacement product.

Please note that replacements are at our sole discretion and subject to the availability of the product.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstances, including:

​● Perishable items, such as fruits, vegetables, and food products.

​● Customized or made-to-order products.

​● Products explicitly marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" during purchase.

5. Shipping Fees

All shipping charges incurred during the purchase are non-refundable. This applies to all orders, regardless of their status or condition, except in cases where replacements are granted for damaged items.
